Thanks for the reply.
I agree about being smart and observant. That has saved me many
times and killed me more than once when I wasn't ovservant. Even got
paced at 30 over one night late when I was listing to music and not
looking behind me on a deserted road/highway. Oops.
Didn't help any that I had working at my Friends Family's Winery
bottling Sparkling Wine and smelled like wine but he believed me on that
and just let me off with a ticket and no Wreckless or anything.
Moral, check behind you too. :-) And look up too. I've been
busted by aircraft too. But also saw the plane before and slowed down a
couple miles early. :-) All the cars I passed earlier got tickets since
traffic was speeding and I squeezed by. :-)
Never got a ticket with a Radar Detector that worked well (knock
on Wood) but it is definately possible.
