Re: wrong badge
This could have been 16V model and they are good for about 8.5s
0-60. I had the similar experience one night at the "stop light Indy".
I raced this black 16v and was about a car length ahead of him when we
reached 60mph in residential area with 35mph speed limit, at which point I
took my foot off the pedal and let him blast past me. Few seconds later
police car appeared out of nowhere, passed me and went after this poor
fellow in Scirocco, ignoring my respectably looking sedan . I felt sorry for
this guy, not only he lost a race but probably at least 4 demerit points for
speeding.
I love my "stealth" Audi!
