Hardwiring Radar Detector

I love Dave Puterbaugh's hardwire idea for a radar detector.  I have a
problem.  My Valentine radar detector has a power supply that is like a
phone cord plug more than your usual male/female power connection.

Any idea which wire go to power and which ones go to ground?
