Re: I'm hot, baby, YEAH
Dan, Glad to hear you got the heat running. Interestingly enough, I also
have a small chater comming from the lower center guage console. I ave been
too busy to get into fixing it...I wonder if your fix will work for my car.
Isn't it just awsome going from no heat to great heat. I remember the drive
home from the shop when I got my heat fixed. I had the climate control set
to 87 (H) and roasted my ass off -- because I could!
Also, I fixed my hatch squeak by putting some electrical tape around the
latch shank and put a small felt pad (like the one you would put on the
bottom of a kitchen chair foot to keep it from scratching a wood floor) on
the two rubber stops for the hatch feet stops. UNBELIEVABLE what a
difference it makes. Now I can really hear the small rattle on the center
console. I am going to put delrin bushings in the car this spring. One
question: is it possible to put delrin bushings on the rear A-arms? Would
it make a difference?
Have a blast with you "I'm too hot for my shirt, so sexy it hurts" Audi!
