Greg,
The real pitty is AoA (and their dealers) didn't recognize people with
your type of attitude and do their utmost to foster same. At 3 of the 4
Audi dealers in my area, encounters with parts & service people is akin
to a square-off of pit bulls in an alley. Pity too is the dealer with
the good attitude is the furthest away.
