... I must say that from what I've seen State Farm does pretty well by its
customers. Richard Funnell also totalled his '83 ur-quattro :( hitting a
concrete abutment not a parking lot scrape) and they offered him a very
reasonable amount for his car, not $10K but I think it was pretty close.
They also seemed very willing to help do what they could to get the numbers
to work for them to repair the car for him. I haven't done a lot of
shopping for insurance lately, but when it comes time to renew my poicy I'm
going to give them another look. It would also be nice to be able to have a
policy that covers my motorcycle as well as the cars instead of two separate
policies ...
I must say I've also been quite satisfied to see the recent prices that QTCs
are going for. I'll never see what I paid for mine, but it is nice to dream
... :)
