Fine? No, not really. 'Residual' should really be above 3 bar
(44psi).

Hmm. Coil ground to inlet manifold would have been _my_ first guess.
A bad Hall sensor can be diagnosed unmistakably using the diagnostic
procedure on Scott Mockry's web pages. Ain't seen one yet.
