80 is a bit low for system pressure too.

And the hall sensor would throw a code.  Could be the flywheel sensors
too.

Now my '86 5kCSQ is a non-starter... got sparks, got some fuel.
Suspect vacuum leak.  Perhaps it just wants a rest after
the 2500 mile roundtrip to Steamboat.  (We haven't really looked
for the problem yet, just took another car.)
