It runs all the time the thermoswitch says it should.  Generally not
in motion, but stop in traffic after a hot run and it will run.  The
problem is a dead spot for airflow above the rear of the exhaust manifold.

The 20V is cross-flow and the exhaust area under the bonnet has much
better airflow in any case.
