Questions re: 4kq

Hello,

   I decided it's time to work on the car and
get as much done as $$$ will allow.
First, I'm changing to the quad light setup
and was hoping that somebody could tell me
where is the cheapest place to buy the 4" x 6"
Hella's.
Second, ordered a bunch of stuff from The
Parts Connection, speaking of which I'm a _very_
happy customer. Anyway, they cannot get the front
subframe bushings and I interpreted that to mean
it is dealer only. Am I right ? Who else has
them ?
Third, coil over suspensions, are they worth
it ? What is necessary to make them for the 4kq
if all the parts are readily available ? Found
a source for the supplies (hopefully in the
correct dia.) in the Northeast US. Any BTDT ?
