Something like this?

      "Hinweis:
       Im Reparatursatz sind zwei selbsichernde Sechskantschrauben
       und zwei Waermeschutzbleche enthalten, die in jedem Falle
       einzubauen sind."

There's also the comment next to the diagram:

      "Nur komplette Reparatursaetze einbauen."

And the comment on the diagram pointing to the bolt:

      "Ersetzen.  35Nm"

If Audi says something three times, I figure they mean it.  I don't
try and second-guess them.
