Where do you buy your kits?  Mine _always_ come with two bolts.

Bolts coming undone?

I think it's one of these things where it doesn't really matter if
they're used twice or even thrice - but if the same bolt is reused
for the life of the car, you might have an issue.  The assumption is
always that you don't know what the last guy did (same as cylinder
head stretch bolts) and so you change 'em every time.

Brakes is brakes.  I tend to follow the instructions.
