WTB: 89 200 tqw owner's manual

Hi. My new car is missing the owner's manual. Anyone got a spare one,
before I order one from the dealer?

I got the Bentley from Amazon.

A ton of things on this car are *rusty*, like the timing chain cover,
the underhood battery terminal, numerous door latch hooks (like the one
in the trunk. This will get cleaned, but is this normal?

So far, the car is acting flaky - the battery was dead this am, so I 
put a trickle charger on it. Just started it, voltage was still only
12V, when I turned on the heater, it dropped to 8V! Then, all of a
sudden, while idling, the engine 'blipped', voltage jumped to 14V, and
the light brightened.

Bad ground, I am guessing. The PO told me that he had replaced the
battery last week, and the alternator was 4 months old too. 

Could a bad alternator or voltage regulator do this? (My money is still
on the ground theory, but I just want to check.)

Wish it was not raining, car is outside, and I want to work on it. :-(
