Front End Clunk When Turning Left

I have recently been experiencing a clunk noise when 
I make wide left turns such as into parking spots while 
stationary or at low speeds < 5 mph. This regards my
'88 80Q. This one time clunk occurs when making a
wide left turn and when returning the steering wheel
back to center. My pentosin seemed to be low, but I 
doubt if this has anything to do with it. Any ideas what 
could be the problem ? Ball joint ? Thanks
