Well, like most modern cars, they are designed to destroy themselves in
collisions. I've been impressed with the wrecks I've seen, except for
the rear body as you mentioned. The trunk is huge though.
Lots of them are in fleet service (like mine were), so they get many
more miles than the average car. Haven't seen many here under $9500,
even the ugly 95's with the chrome bumper strip.
