Mutually exclusive properties. If one is true, then the other 
isn't. They could both be false, but he said they were from a 
'90 CQ, so odds are that it is a sport seat w/o armrest. The 
only thing in question is whether they're power or manual.
(assuming this is a N.Am. car)
