RE: CQ 20vT?



The 2.3L 10V NA engines have oil squirters to cool the pistons.
That doesn't mean that they could handle the heat of a turbo though.

I have thought that the high compression 2.3L with a low pressure turbo
could make a real nice daily driver. Not too much pressure to cause melt
down and you could have strong low end torque and good power at the upper
end. Not a track car but it could be fun.

	I don't know about the 20v engines but the 10V Turbo engines are
	different than the 10v  NA engines.  The 10V Turbo has a oil
squirter at
	the bottom of each cylinder and the 10V NA does not.  At least this
is
	what Bentley shows for the 84 to 88 5000's.
