They definitely can do this.  When I was shopping, I hit a few dealers who had
'Audi Assured' used cars, and some were happy to offer me the official
Audi-computer listing of all the service done on a vehicle, in human readable
format.  It obviously depends on both the attitude from the servicedroid and the
computer competence of same.  Reference the 'press the print button' thread from
yesterday.  Of course, I suppose that entering a text description for the
service code might be optional, and your dealer opts not to, but I have seen it
otherwise.
