S4 oil pan on 10V?

   All this talk about oil pans is getting me thinking.  My oil pan
gasket is seeping and so I need to drop it soon....soooo

   So, I am now thinking of replacing it with an S4 pan.  It is
aluminum, has heat sinks, is better baffled, and holds 6.5 qts of oil./
Or, this is what I know of it so far.  Sounds like a perfect upgrade!
Anyways, does anyone know if this oil pan will just bolt up on my '89
200TQ?  Anyone have any objections?
