No Start for 200 TQ

I've experienced a strange problem with my 1990 200 TQ over the last six months. Five times it has refused to start and then after left sitting for a couple hours, started and ran great. There are no symptoms to speak of afterwards, no rough idle, no hesitation, nothing. It's never happened at home so that I could perform any  diagnostic measures on it. Anyone ever seen anything like this or have any idea what it might be?
