The easiest way to find a missing cylinder, if there is any, is to
disconnect spark plug wires one by one and see what happens. If a
disconnected wire makes no noticeable effects on engine operation, you
found a missing cylinder. If you can't notice anything, put the wire back
and pull the one from the next plug. 

Be careful not to get an electric shock.
