THE FOLLOWING SUGGESTION MAY BE INCORRECT:
As I own a Coupe, I only know the way they are made, but I'm suspecting
they are the same on the 4kQ. The cable and motor are made as a unit
with the vertical doohicky that runs the glass up and down. You replace
it all together. Two bolts hold the glass to the vertical runner. The
vertical runner is held by two bolts at the bottom and..uh..I think two
at the top. Window must be positioned appropriately or removed
altogether to access the bolts. I leave the glass in the car myself.
