STRUTS OR WHAT???

It could be several things, all should be checked out by a suspension
specialist (check your yellow pages or ask around--find out where racers
& snooty Porsche owners go...)

1.    Tires.  Could be one or more tires are out of balance, cupped, or
need replacing.

2.    Alignment.  Although it sounds from your description that it
isn't.  Usually bad alignment is wandering one way or another when you
let go of the wheel on a smooth, flat road.

3.    Bushings/mounts.  These might be old/abused and need replacing.

4.     Struts.  If those are the original struts on your car, it
wouldn't be unusual for them to be toast by now and require replacement.

5.    Any combo of above!  (yikes)
