Well, I must say that the appearance of parts information via CD has sounded
the death knell to the coveted parts fiche ... not to mention the much
sought after large format reader!  I expect soon to have a parts CD that
covers my motorcycle as well as my cars ... methinks that the folks who live
on the other side of the parts counter are actually going to appreciate this
information explosion almost as much as we do!  In fact the fiche may still
have information that is not on the CD ... I haven't dug into it to look for
serial numbers and option code info yet ...

As regards the automotive CD, has anyone checked to see if all have the same
version, or are there multiple ones out there?  As mine may have came from a
different source than the others that are being copied I thought I'd check
... mine states Rev 5.30 Update 261 ...

... I knew that there would be a good reason for setting up that old
computer in the garage ... I think I'd be in heaven if I could get a CD with
all the Bentleys on it!  :-)
