Bad week

this has been a bad week.  trying to find why the 83 GT 5s was running so
rough, poor starting and major flat spot when accelerating.  oil in the air
filter pan, most of this I have posted..  well the mechanic found poor/no
compression on #1 cylinder, with the plug oiled.  after he pulled the head
down he could see the crack in the cylinder head..  before I put her to
rest (will make a great boat mooring)..are there any parts to salvage. I
think I already know the answer, but I'll ask anyway..Is there any fix for
this?.

If not, I'll need a replacement.. What is available or whats more
important, what's the most hp I can put under the hood.
