WHAT???   Why is carrying something in a Ski Bag Smuggling???  A ski Bag
doesn't HAVE to carry ski's.  You can SHIP a bumper to the states just as
well as you can carry it on your person.  WHats the difference.  Please,
if anyone would care to enlighten me go for it.  I see nothing wrong with
this.  In fact it was a couple of Euro Listers that suggested it to me.
