I don't doubt the spec, Frank, but 7/8ths slipped and wore the flats off.

With most of the flats gone, I guess I'll have to put a cutting disk on 
the dremel and cut off the top part, down to the start of the flats, so
I can get something on it.

I sure hope I don't have to have it towed to a shop just to get this damned
thing out...
