Hi Bob;
Did you try pulling the trouble codes from the A/C head? I assume Audi
kept that functionality in the S4/S6 (and the very rare S5 :o) You may have
a problem with the servo motor which drives the heat flap - this is how my
A/C system acted when the servo motor connector went bad.
