You also need to choose the refresh rate. My 15" monitor with 2MB Hercules
Stingray card at work barely makes it - at 75Hz the whole screen blinks, at
86Hz it's better, but still not very good.
Since I'm about to buy a new computer for myself anyway I'm thinking about
getting a used high resolution monochromatic card with large b/w monitor
and putting it in my old 386. Would make a nice platform for ETKA.
