Ur-Q hydraulic head conversion questions...

Yesterday, I compared my Ur-Q's original cylinder head with an MC head that I
purchased from Chris Semple to use as a core. I even went so far as to
compare chamber volumes and so far as I can tell with my uncalibrated
equipment -- all the good stuff is still packed away from my move last fall
-- they are virtually identical. Even the oil and coolant passages line up
with each other (or close enough, anyway), which means all the
welding/machining that I was expecting to do won't be necessary.

Has anyone ever installed a hydraulic head on an Ur-Q block? I know the oil
pumps have to be swapped as well because the hydraulic lifters require
greater flow but other than this, it's starting to look like a very easy
project ... which, of course, usually means that I've overlooked something.
Anyone BTDTs will be greatly appreciated since I hope to tackle this next
weekend, provided the machine shop can turn the head around by Friday as
promised...

JG (very much looking forward to driving his Ur-Q again after pushing it
around for the past 15 months!)
