83 Quattro Coupe

Just joined today.
Does anyone have the following figures available? The number of Quattro
Sport cars that were manufactured for world wide sale in 1983. I know
that 240 were sold into the US and another 560 were sold into Canada,
but I need to know how many were made for all markets, not necessarily
sold.
If the number is below 1,500 my mint 83 Quattro Coupe will qualify as a
collector car in British Columbia.
Have contacted the factory, but this may be an easier route.
