RE: High RPMs at highway speed?



It's got to be different.  Granted, the A6 is just as quiet and composed as
ever over 4k in top (fourth) gear (don't ask me how I know), but it can't be
good for the motor.  Maybe the German car has a 5 speed auto?  At least the
last S6 got an extra gear we did not.
