Change of ISP

Because of some ongoing service and legal problems, I'm dumping Demon
Internet as my service provider over the next few days.

The new address is phil@isham-research.freeserve.co.uk - it's already
$ub$cribed to the list server and I'll be un$ub$cribing the old id in a
couple of hours.  The old id will remain active until the end of the
month or so, but I can't guarantee automatic redirection.

I'm also writing my own email system because I want to do one or two
peculiar things, like establish personal archives on a message-by-message
basis and do some sexy redirection of email.  Bear with me if there are
any cockups.
