HAVE YOU DRIVEN ONE?  A bone stock E36 M3 is a pretty damn fast machine and
has a lot more torque (especially off the line) than a 5kcstq!  I've had a
5ktq and I have a 200tq now, and it is much faster than either one.  Our
cars are pretty good from 3rd gear on, but by then it's too little, too
late.

The M3 pulls fast from a standstill and pulls strong all the way to redline
in all 5 gears.  Even redlining my car in 1st and 2nd from a stoplight I
could barely beat a good Buick!  Sorry, these cars are kick in the pants
fun, but they are by no means winners in stoplight wars.
I really don't care though because once I'm in third....I can usually kiss
most of the competition (M3's excluded!) goodbye!  ;^)
