0 is the never noticed indication on the speedometer found prior to ignition
start and after ignition shut-down.  Also appears on occasion when heinous
red traffic control signs and signals appear and interfere with the proper
operation of the 'on' throttle switch.

I'm familiar with 60; that's what the speedo shows when I'm in second
gear.  But what's 0?
