Did you check the fuses?  A seized fuel pump may cause additional current
draw but there should be a fuse to prevent something bad from happening...
The fuel pump is on its own fused circuit and is not shared with all of
the other accessories that you mention, so it's probably not related.
Those are all accessories that are switched through the ignition switch,
so I would check the ignition switch first.  Another thing to check is the
load-reduction relay (also called X-contact relay, which is supposed to
disable many accessories wen cranking the starter to reduce electrical load).
