why not?  My own thinking is that for the money a 20vt is going to be easier 
to do.  You have to fabricate mounts and accesory stuff for the 951, you can 
get all the parts from audi to do the AAN/3B, btdt.

For more, see Jason Fishers post.  (BTW, jason, many have done the vacuum 
brake conversion to the turbo cars with great success) I'm not a big fan of 
non audi swaps (Bob's 5kqLT1 the exception).  If you have done a swap before, 
fine, knock yourself out.  If you haven't, double or triple ANY budget you 
might have set for yourself.  Nickle and diming yourself to death over a 
marginal gain in performance seems to be beyond reason, IMO.  

Being the first on the block (pun intended), is a very high drain on the 
wallet, btdt many times.
