Wastegate Diaphrams

I have a hard time swallowing that a round piece of rubber with some 
holes punched in it costs over $5 much less over $100.

I may try my hand at using the wastegate top as a template and 
punching holes in the proper location trick, if mine needs 
replacement.

Would be nice if there was an inexpensive <$20 source for these.
