It's more than just a round piece of rubber.  It's a special
rubber (expensive) with a fabric reinforcement which makes it
hard to mold.

Setting up to make these will cost $3k to $4k... then you have
a limited market.  Unless they found a new supplier, I had those
that TAP are selling made.  His price is probably rising because
he doesn't have many left.  I have none.
