	Bentley has codes in two sections. Some for ECU some for CIS. If you 
look in the other section you'll find the one you're looking for.
	The check engine light comes on anytime the ECU sends the engine to 
full timing retard.
	Since the symptoms sound familiar I'd guess it's the intercooler temp 
sensor that is your problem. Pull the rubber cover back and I'd be willing to 
bet one of the wires is broken off. Solder the wire back in place and you 
should be back to normal operating conditions.
