87 5kcsq Clutch replaced, now car wont start

I had a local shop replace my clutch this week, the got everything put back
together and now the car won't start.  The motor will turn over, but no
start.  They said the fuel pump does not cycle when the key is turned.  They
also said no spark is happening also.  They are continuing to work on it.
They tried a known good fuel pump relay and also a known good crank pick-up
to no avail.


Any ideas?
