I'd think you could get any color interior you'd want in the S4 if you throw
enough money around (usually works).  You'd definatley have to special order
it though, and that may be hard.

But, you can do some serious customizing with the A4 as they have the Audi
Atmospheres interiors.  You can choose from a number of fabrics, styles,
colors, etc.  You just have to special order.
