I found the most likely reason for the noise...somehow the pipe leading into 
the caddy converter got 1/3 seperated off...dunno...anyway, gonna fix that 
and see where I stand. Will probably have the manifold looked at 
anyway...it's still noisy in there and I could find just about anything once 
I open it up if it's like the rest of the car...thanks.
