	Before getting too crazy with your tie rods, I would install your 
suspension and see how it rides.  My car is lowered 2" and I have not had any 
problems, especially not "disasters", since this was done.  If you find that 
you do have an unacceptable or unsafe amount of bump steer, a special bracked 
can be made to move your tie rod ends up to give them a more neutral or 
horizantal location.  This may not be easy with a stock vehicle (non-race car 
such as in Gecko racing's GR-2 that Michael W. refers to) because there may 
be some components in the way preventing this.  Im sure the company that 
originally designed the suspension did not require the surgery that is being 
recommended to you...
