I agree w/Chris.
Recently, my folks were looking at buying a WMB 528?? yadda, yadda. 
Went to the enemy's lists/sites and found links to sites that are model
specific.  They have it set up to cull the FAQ about various subjects
re: what to look for when buying, drivetrain, AC, etc and consolidated
them into easy to use shared sites w/the links sitting on someone's
mother list/site.  This way, if a link is retired/moved the mother site
changes only one link.  Only requirement seems to be effective
communication between sites to keep the links from dying and a minimal
amount of effort for those that support the content to keep it updated.

We all pay for nMB of website space through our ISP's.  Anything wrong
w/storing the same schemes for our marque?
