That door (and the heater valve--they're both on the same circuit) is
vacuum-controlled, so you could put a 3-way valve inbetween the programmer
box and the actuators. The valve would select whether the actuators were
connected to the programmer or straight to vacuum. i.e. "auto" and
"recirc" would be the two positions of the valve.
There are the issues about whether you should be running recirc for
extended periods, which have been addressed here before. Personally, I'm
happy to let the CC head manage the recirc door, but it seems easy enough
to add a 3-way valve if you wanted to.
