I've got the same thing that happens on my 88 80q. When I took it to
a mechanic recently, I mentioned this. The mechanic said that this
is normal. My suspicion is that this is incorrect. I don't hear this
clicking when the car is at normal operating temp. but when it gets
real hot or the weather gets hot, this thing starts clicking. Sorry,
don't know the fix yet other than to replace it I guess.
