The only clue the MC engine ECU has about altitude is the manifold absolute
pressure at startup.  It doesn't have a separate sensor.  The ECU code
doesn't limit boost based on it and in any case, the ECU control of
boost isn't really significant (+/- 0.1 bar) compared with altitude.
