This time last year I read a magazine article where they tested a selection
of 'tuned' cars and compared the results with the owners boastimates of the
power.
Not a single one of the cars got to within 20bhp of the target...

Can't remember the magazine, probably Lax Powder or something - not my usual
reading matter but I was in hospital at the time - thats my excuse and I'm
sticking with it....
