Some possible causes: insufficient fuel (blocked fuel filter(s), weak fuel
pump, mal-adjusted fuel injection), blocked flow in intake or
exhaust (mal-adjusted throttle cable, blocked catalytic convertor or
muffler(s)), wrong fuel pump relay (4-cylinder unit used in 5-cylinder car),
vacuum leaks (check big air boot and all vacuum hoses).
